A line of old cars forms a fence on the east side of Thunder Mountain Park. The door on this 1970's Cadillac bears an emblem of the Sherrif's Posse Comitatus. In 1878, the Posse Comitatus Act was passed in order to remove the military from domestic law enforcement. Posse Comitatus is Latin for "power of the country", an ancient English institution consisting of the shire's force of able-bodied private citizens.
