We borrowed Mom’s red Camaro and made a 200-mile (per hour) tour through central Texas, visiting the Texas Ranger Museum and the Dr. Pepper Museum in Waco, as well as the Frontier Tmes museum in Bandera and the Glass-bottomed boat tour of the edge of the Edwards escarpment on the San Marcos River. Also in Bandera, we succumbed to a large purchase-- in the form of a hand-tooled cross-draw gun holster. Yee-haw.
